In a traditional softener regeneration, the brining flows in the same direction as the service flow. The AQUACLiO Countercurrent Regeneration makes brining in the opposite direction of the service flow.

Countercurrent Regeneration improves both quality of the treated water and the performance of regeneration, therefore lower the operating costs and salt consumption.
